1. Luxury Villas

   Luxury Villas The fully furnished 2 bedroom Luxury Villas have climate control heating and cooling and provide accommodation for up to 6 people. The master bedroom is equipped with a queen bed with electric blankets, all standard furnishings including remote control TV, while the second bedroom comes either with a second queen bed with drop down single bunk or 2 x 2 single bunks. The fully equipped designer kitchen includes all cooking facilities including microwave, large refrigerator and stove for easy self catering. The full size heated bathroom is equipped with large shower, toilet, vanity, hairdryer and a range of complimentary personal health care products. A large lounge area and built in deck add to the experience for families, couples or travellers seeking a superior accommodation alternative to a hotel or motel room. 2. Deluxe Ensuite Cabins

   Deluxe Ensuite Cabins Slightly smaller than the Luxury Villas, the fully furnished 2 bedroom Deluxe Ensuite Cabins feature climate control heating and cooling and provide accommodation for up to 6 people. The master bedroom is equipped with a queen bed with electric blankets, all standard furnishings while the second bedroom comes with 2 x 2 single bunks. The fully equipped designer kitchen includes all cooking facilities including microwave, large refrigerator and stove for easy self catering. A full size heated bathroom is equipped with large shower, toilet, vanity, hairdryer and a range of complimentary personal health care products. The lounge / dining area comes complete with dining area for up to six people, lounge settee and a flat screen HD TV. The built in deck and outdoor furniture add to the experience for families, couples or travellers seeking a superior accommodation alternative to a hotel or motel room. 3. Studio Ensuite Cabins

   Studio Ensuite Cabins Could this be the latest addition to holiday parks? Very chic one bedroom studio motel style cabins featuring queen bed and luxury appointments in an open plan style. The Studio features: Full size kitchen Full size bathroom Flat screen HD TV and DVD Divan style settee Dining area overlooking the balcony entry The studio comes fully equipped with full size oven, microwave and full size fridge. It has a small balcony complete with outdoor furniture and is perfect for couples, singles and overnight travellers seeking upmarket accommodation.

4. Ensuite Cabins

   Ensuite Cabins All Ensuite Cabins are fully equipped with a small kitchen, self contained bathroom including shower and toilet, are fully airconditioned and ideally suit the budget conscious traveller. All Ensuite Cabins feature either queen or double beds equipped with full linen for up to two people as standard and are available in a variety of different options including: Couples Cabins Family Cabins sleeping up to 6 people Standard Budget Cabins sleeping from 4 to 6 people in various layouts Ensuite Cabins vary in a range of accommodation styles suitable for families, groups or budget conscious travellers and feature: Queen or double bed Open plan or second bedroom with up to four single beds Reverse cycle airconditioning Full kitchen facilities Ensuite shower & toilet TV and clock radio Linen hire available for additional guests The Ensuite Cabins are our smallest and budget category cabin.

5. Ensuite Sites

   Ensuite Sites BIG4 Shepparton Parklands Holiday Park has a range of drive through, low level and luxuriously appointed tourist ensuite bathroom sites. You can leave your caravan, camper, or 5th wheeler hooked up overnight ready for an early and hassle free departure or choose to park on one of our new spacious ensuite bathroom sites. BIG4 Shepparton Parklands ensuites are fully equipped private bathrooms complete with: Shower Vanity Hairdryer Toilet Heated in winter Private external connections to 240V power, water and sullage New ensuite bathrooms are also equipped with plug in Free to Air TV connections All our ensuite sites are suitable for larger caravans, campers, motorhomes and tents. Ensuites are available for overnight, holiday and for extended stays.

6. Caravan and Camping

   Caravan and Camping Equipped with individual 240V power, water and sullage within a treed parkland setting, each caravan and camping site is large enough for the largest caravan, motor home, camper or tent and provides onsite parking and plenty of space for the kids to play. Shady trees abound along with manicured gardens. Powered Sites are conveniently located alongside park BBQ’s, camp kitchen, playground, ablution block and laundry. BIG4 Shepparton Parklands has new private Family Bathrooms, including some equipped with hip baths, that are available to tourists or travelers using Powered Sites for extended stays. Powered caravan and camping sites are available for overnight, holiday and longer stays.
